We’re hiring a Principal Scientist with deep expertise in flow cytometry and antibody screening to drive innovation, mentor teams, and shape our biologics pipeline.
Your Role
- Lead the selection and validation of antibodies from in vivo/in vitro repertoires
- Represent flow cytometry in cross-functional biologics project teams
- Drive platform enhancements and automation strategies
- Introduce innovative sorting/screening technologies
- Supervise and coach scientists, students, and lab technicians
- Present scientific findings at external conferences
- Contribute to publications, patents, and R&D strategy development
Your Profile
- Ph.D. in immunology, cell biology, or a related field
- Proven expertise in flow cytometry and primary screening
- Experience with antibody-target interaction validation
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent communicator and scientific writer (publications/patents)
