You’ll join the Purification Team, part of the Drug Substance Development group within our CMC department. Together, we develop and transfer downstream processes that enable the production and clinical supply of antibody-based biologics—working closely with CDMOs and contributing to regulatory submissions.
What You’ll Do
- Execute and document experiments for purification and filtration development
- Analyze results and contribute to technical reports and protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with SOPs and development test methods
- Contribute to drafting and updating SOPs, protocols, and procedures
- Support efficiency and quality improvements in downstream processing
- Stay updated on new technologies and participate in relevant training
- Communicate clearly across teams and with stakeholders
Your Profile
- Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences (PhD a plus)
- 5+ years of R&D experience in the biotech/pharma industry
- Strong lab skills in chromatography (affinity, SEC, IEX, multimode) and filtration
- Experience with AKTA systems, UNICORN™ software, and protein analysis (HPLC, ELISA, CE-SDS) advantageous
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- A methodical, solution-focused mindset with clear communication skills
