Nurse the culture of well-being

Our Health and Well-being program is a great way to take care of yourself and be active with your colleagues. It is an important bonding activity and, being a scientific company, it is of course data-driven.

We want to support well-being and active lifestyles, improve energy levels and performance, and promote cross-functional coherence. On a personal level, we wish to motivate people to make lifestyle changes where necessary and increase the fun factor at work.

Each year, we launch new initiatives on work-life balance, nutrition, and physical and mental health. Participation is voluntary, yet more than eight out of ten employees actively take part.

All of these are important factors in the declining rates of sickness and the lower rates of employee turnover that we have seen over the past years.
